Baia Sportfishing Lodge is located in West New Britain, around 4 1/2 hours to the east of Kimbe. It is situated in a village of the same name, surrounded by many river systems that are home to many freshwater fish species including the famous Papuan Black Bass and Spottail Bass.
Due to the distance from the airport and flight timings, the first and last night of your trip will be spent at Liamo Reef Resort, with half a day required to get to and from the lodge. Weather permitting, some fishing may be done along the way.
We need a minimum of 4 guests for each trip, up to a maxiumum of 12. Depending on numbers, each guest could have their own room. The minimum stay at the lodge is 4 nights. There is no alcohol kept at the lodge but guests can pre-order and pay for drinks required for consumption
