ULUAI ISLAND SPORTFISHING LODGE

Uluai Island Sportfishing Lodge is located in West New Britain, around 2 1/2 hours to the west of Kimbe. It is situated in the Kove region just off ‘mainland’ West New Britain, close to four river systems that are home to many freshwater fish species including the famous Papuan Black Bass and Spot Tail Bass. There’s also plenty of bluewater fishing to be done in the deep waters of the Bismarck Sea.

Due to flight timings, the first and last night of your trip will be spent at Liamo Reef Resort.

Non fishers can be occupied by visits to local villages, kayak reef and river tours, snorkelling on nearby reefs and swimming in freshwater natural springs. Read on for more details
