TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices featured in our program are current until December 2007.
Costs in this brochure are inclusive of Return International Airfares from Australia ex Cairns and domestic airfares according to package destination in Australian Dollars. Travellers leaving from Brisbane and Sydney pay an additional $80 ex Brisbane and $150 ex Sydney.
Prices are indicative and may vary due to peak demand periods or changes and fluctuations. Prices are NOT inclusive of airport and departure taxes which are subject to change without notice and calculated at the time of booking confirmation by deposit. Prices are reflective of cash payments and credit card bookings may incur a service fee applied to the dollar amount. You should ask your travel consultant to advise you of this fee at time of booking. Any verbal quotations are an estimate only and subject to advice on confirmation of booking.
Packages outside Port Moresby and Tufi require a Friday or Saturday night stay. Packages may be extended and combined to provided a maximum stay of no longer than 30 days. All packages are subject to availability and flight schedule changes determining possible additional nights in PNG for flight connections.
Travellers should be aware that some packages may be subject to unscheduled changes required due to the local environment and weather conditions.
PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of $300 per person is required within 7 days of confirmation of booking. A booking holds services but does not guarantee prices. Full payment is required no later than 30 days prior to date of travel. Bookings made within 30 days require full payment within 24 hours from time of booking. Any bookings not paid within these time limits are automatically cancelled without notice or liability.
AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION
All amendments are subject to supplier availability and approval. A fee of $50 will be charged in addition to any fees imposed by the supplier.
There are no refunds for cancellations prior to final payment however the deposit less an amendment fee may be used towards another package if booked within 12 months from the date of cancellation.
After final payment 100% of the tour price will be applied as a cancellation fee however this may be used to wards another package if booked within 12 months of cancellation plus an additional amendment fee and any fees imposed by the supplier.
RESPONSIBILITY
PNG Holidays has taken all measures to ensure information provided is accurate. Quality of services and products have been checked prior to releasing information and packages. PNG Holidays disclaims and will be exempt from liability in respect to anything misleading, false, inaccurate, damage, accident, loss, injury, delay, death, shock, disappointment or itinerary changes. PNG Holidays does not control the manner in which products featured in these packages are provided and will not be responsible for any costs relating to failure to provide a product, negligence delays or variation of product without limitation due to acts of God, civil disturbances, fire, floods, acts of Government failure of machinery, volcanic activity, storms or any other weather condition.
INSURANCE
Comprehensive Travel insurance is very necessary when travelling anywhere overseas. We recommend a policy that will protect you from cancellation, accident, sickness and lost or stolen equipment or personal items.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
Please check the validity of your passport prior to travelling. A passport must be valid within 6 months of travel date.
A visa may be purchased at PNG's Jacksons Airport for approximately $50 or applied for from the PNG Consulate Office in Brisbane or Canberra. Please check entry requirements for non-Australian citizens.
BAGGAGE
Baggage allowance is 20 kilos per person plus on board luggage of approximately 4 kilos.
Special allowances may apply for divers and on other light aircrafts or charter flights the allowance may be reduced to 12 kilos.
